Regular grad sessions with different business leaders are one of many great opportunities for grads to learn about the business. All grads receive buddies (old grads) mentors and managers that help support them throughout the program.
We get training and experience in every rotation and are offered CIBD training and education depending on role
Different rotations through the business offer different experiences in teams to meet a variety of people at Asahi and gain hand on experience outside of your chosen stream to develop core knowledge across the business. Often grads finish the program knowing more about the business and functions holistically than many others and also create various connections with their cohort for support and other employees - growing their network fast. You have the opportunity to be a mentor to grads after you finish to help the new grads make their way through their grad year and share experiences/advice.
