We are required to have three days in the office and then are allowed to have a maximum of two days from home a week.
Currently, being in headquarters the company is fairly flexible although shifting to 3 days minimum in office which is still more than reasonable. Managers are very fair and open to discussing work arrangements surrounding work requirements.
3 days in the office, 2 days WFH. 9.00am-5.00pm.
There is a bit of flexibility at Asahi with a WFH policy. Mandated 3 days (one being Monday). I don't find I'm working beyond my set hours and start times are lenient to what works best for you - no clock in or clock out.
