I believe the workplace culture is actually really good within office hours and after.
Everyone is really friendly.
Due to the nature of the work, it can feel a bit intense and stressful at times. Also due to the nature of the work, there is little social activity in the offices. With management being overloaded, attention to new starters/grads/training can be neglected at times due to high workload.
