There are plenty of promotion opportunities to move up the ranks from graduate to roles such as client manager. What it takes to move up the ranks include people skills, meeting KPI's, showing leadership and formal writing. Employer does help with career progression as give me opportunities to study CA and opportunities to work my way up by building on skills that will help me in the future.
Promotion opportunities are available both at the end of the year and throughout the year, particularly when upper-level positions open up due to departures.
