When I first got to the company I did some training to learn the basic concepts of the role as well as learning about important details such as cyber security. This helped develop my knowledge about the role. Some of the performance feedback I have received includes working on to improve my writing.
I'm satisfied with the range of training and development opportunities available. We have training tailored to every business level, including Heffron training and Shelley webinars for auditors to enhance technical knowledge. There are also Tim Miller sessions that cover basic ethical principles.
