The recruitment process had various stages including an initial online application, psychometric testing, networking evenings an interview process and then a 4 week clerkship process. Although the process was quite long in duration it was run very smoothly and efficiently. The interview was one of the most enjoyable job interviews I've ever had and lots of guidance was provided during the clerkship process.
The psychometric testing was a little difficult. The interview process was great, you got the freedom to book in a time that suits you and the interview itself ran very smoothly with the opportunity to ask questions as you go.
The interview process was straightforward and efficient, with clear and easy communication throughout. The people involved were lovely, making the experience pleasant and welcoming. Overall, the process felt smooth and well-organized, which contributed to a positive impression of the company.
