The firm engages in a wide range of CSR initiatives and projects. For example, it has an extensive Pro Bono practice which I have been lucky enough to complete various matters with, including a monthly volunteering opportunity.
Based on my observations, I would rate my employer’s commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility as strong and proactive. The company demonstrates a clear dedication to ethical practices, environmental sustainability, and community engagement.
The firm has a significant Pro Bono team as mentioned above - many of the firm, from the clerk to Partner level, are involved in meaningful Pro Bono work. Pro Bono working hours contribute towards billable targets for lawyers in the firm.
