Great culture, was my favourite part of the firm. Everyone in leadership positions would help you learn and grow, while also getting to know you as a person.
Culture in the office is great. After hours is fine, we occasionally have drinks and there's a social sport league, but there's definitely work to do. They have recently introduced a committee to improve this culture.
Perfect and matches my own personality.
