I think they are good, they hosted a 'wear it purple' day for LGBTQ+ community, and they participate in gay pride events. I think they also have pathways and scholarships for indigenous peoples.
Very good retention, people are given the work and opportunities they deserve through their experience and capability. Very few women within the office.
