My manager is really lovely, always makes time if I need help which is greatly appreciated. Is extremely approachable and always happy to help. Can be applied to all managers within my team as well
Managers are very accessible, sitting alongside other employees, they are good mentors, always trying to get you to learn, very good with checking in on progress goals etc. and available very often.
