Was the same as majority of graduate engineering roles - psychometric testing, one-way interview, interview Did have a networking night before interviews which was interesting, haven't seen other companies do this before.
I don't enjoy the one way interview stage but I understand why they need to be done, I did an online interview as I was out of country and the interview was good, it was an easy going environment which was nice.
