A lot of managers have a high eq and are very supportive. feedback is given upon request and most are willing to make time to have a chat if you need. mentorship varies, though is generally good.
I'm ok with the managers they're always more busier then me so i understand not all times they will be available but it would be nice to hear from them a few times to check in and see how i'm progressing or even just to see how i am they are good when they have time to chat and provide very useful and helpful information but most times it can be hard to communicate as there really busy.
