We progress quickly from APS 3 to APS 5 after completing the grad program. There are regular updates on available positions in higher roles circulated, and plenty of allowance to move around divisions/departments if wanted. I am yet to determine if this employer will fulfil my career aspirations, as I am relatively new to the role
Many of my superiors frequently discuss my career aspirations with me and we discuss what it would take to reach these goals. Opportunities for after the grad program have been discussed with candor.
