I applied for the HR graduate stream which is run by the ATO, and was not involved in the DCCEEW recruitment process.
The interview process was a new experience, having to complete a group task and then being interviewed solo by a panel of 3 people was a bit intimidating.
I did the AG HR program interview process, rather than DCCEEW's grad process. It involved the initial application, then a HR related quiz, and then a scheduled interview that involved a prepared response to scenario received an hour beforehand. My referee was then called and then I was placed on a merit list.
