The pay is pretty good for a graduate, but given my age I would have hoped to have been earning morning at this stage in life. The leave policies are generous, and the flexible working arrangements are great. I do wish there were some benefits like discounted gym membership.
Benefits are good, leave is very generous. Culture is very flexible and willing to make things work. Pay is very good for entry level.
