Very flexible, I am able to work to what time suits me. The culture is very pro flexible work too and teams don't seem to mind as long as your work is done.
The total hours aren't flexible (38 / wk), but when I work them has some flexibility (8hrs between 7am to 7pm). I can work from home when needed by setting up a flexible working agreement, and work from any of the offices around the country if traveling.
Very flexible. They are willing to make anything work if they have enough notice.
