The building is new - it is very well looked after. There is a gym and showers in the building. Dress code is generally business. On Fridays, it is more casual.
Good facilities, dress code is not specific, however there is an expectation to dress minimum business casual, with casual Friday's done across the department. Dress code is for people to wear what they are comfortable in, with no requirements.
One Canberra Avenue is a lovely building to work in. There's lots of light, and good kitchen facilities, and cafes within walking distance. I love coming into work every day. There is no strict dress code. Most men wear collared shirts and pants, but its no issue wearing sneakers into the office etc. Some people wear ties, very few people wear blazers this is mainly limited to SES. For context I don't work in a client facing role, so the dress code is very relaxed. Some areas more in Commercial group have a high standard of dress.
