Very flexible. Flex time arrangements are great and working from home agreements can be set up.

Not very flexible to remote work, but that is specific to my business area and not the whole department. My work can have inflexible hours at times, due to heavy workloads and tight turnaround times, again this is specific to my business area and not the whole department. This is in comparison to other APS grad programs, not the private sector.
