It was very thorough involving multiple rounds and not just interviews. It also included in-person assessments, online assessments and presentations.
The interview process was amazingly personal - I didn't feel like I was being interviewed and everyone I met from APRA was very genuine and friendly. No communication with bots or AI made it feel very personalised and no video interviews helped too. Everyone I met wanted to be there and believed in APRA's purpose and it showed.
