Informal training is very team specific, but all of my teams have been very receptive and gracious with giving me their time. Formal training and development is more hit or miss. Some formal training is useful but a lot feels more akin to common sense.
The graduate program offers many opportunities for capabilities training and personal development. They are such great days where we come together as a cohort to discuss areas of improvement and how we can best support each other in our goals.
