There are a number of diversity networks, and I always found staff open and accepting of everyone.
There is a strong focus on diversity and inclusion, with events and celebrations that highlight a wide range of cultures, backgrounds and identities throughout the year.
The Organisation continuously supports and encourages diversity and representation within the workplace. Personally, I am a member of a network for women who work in technical fields. We run events designed to motivate and share experiences. There are many more groups celebrating the different experiences and backgrounds of employees.
