My line managers have been extremely helpful and approachable. Even though each manager brings a distinct leadership style, they all share a commitment to transparency and open communication. I have felt very supported by my managers, because they have always been open to receive questions and provide guidance when necessary. Not only are they readily accessible, but have also given me tips to accelerate my learning curve. Their management styles reinforce a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
