Broadbanding' i.e. promotion from one level to the next happens once you complete the program. During the graduate program, you can still apply (and many managers recommend it) to other jobs within the organisation and be considered.
Being in a Graduate role, there is constant training and learning. There is great investment in my development to become promoted and progress within the organisation.
It seems like there are many opportunities for career progression and applying for new positions is encouraged
