There are many different staff networks for communities including First Nations, queer, CALD, disabled communities. Some staff will wear lanyards indicating allyship to certain communities. Most staff are inclusive and welcoming.
They have inclusive networks and programs for many diverse groups.
There are multiple social clubs and events to encourage and celebrate diversity. I cannot speak to recruitment or promotion though.
