In the Graduate program there are clear pathways for feedback, and open communication between your manager is expected. Feedback is consistent and delivered appropriately. I've never been caught off-guard by any feedback, and in my experience, managers treat mistakes as coaching experiences. I know my manager is always reachable for guidance and feedback. Your feedback will be formalised in probation meetings which is helpful for applying for promotions.
There is great investment in managers, which makes them highly effective. There are structured programs that ensure good communication for performance feedback.
The managers and team leaders I have dealt with are accessible and great and facilitating learning so I can get the most out of my graduate program.
