At the ATO, you'll do work you can't do anywhere else. Work that is meaningful, diverse, and challenging.

Highly dependent on the specific teams you work with. For a communications grad, usually contributing to written communications/marketing materials (think strategies, media releases, public relations, social media, email newsletters). A good balance of independent work and teamwork. Not much micromanaging from Comms managers. It's rewarding to see your work be received by the public (e.g. a strategy you developed was used to create an advertisement warning Australians about scams).
I my Graduate role, I have been given 3 rotations in differing work areas. It has been rewarding to get real hand-on work that makes a difference.
I am given plenty of work, including my own casework, but it's not too much to manage.
