Depends on the specific office you're in. Ranges between smart casual and business formal (only really executives wear full suits etc). Safe bet for dress code is business professional, then you can adjust based on your office. Again, depends on the office. Sydney office well connected and close to train/metro/lightrail. Open plan offices and hot desking is standard. Some floors will be louder, some quieter. Facilities (end-of-trip) are top quality with towel service at my location.
There are adjustable desks and chairs and accommodations made for people with specific needs. The office is about to be refurbished and will have all electric sit/stand desks. The workstations are all unallocated.
The location and facilities are good. Dress code is business casual, but some people are more casual than others and there is no issue.
