There were long periods of waiting between each stage of the assessment/interview process, however this was communicated in advance, and the actual content of the assessment/interview processes were clearly communicated and aligned with my expectations.
It was well communicated and time was given to prepare.
There were multiple recruitment stages including an assessment which was straight forward. The interview involved a presentation on a topic which we were given an hour to prepare, this was also pretty straight forward. However, the interview questions were a bit different to what I was expecting/what I'm used to.
There were multiple stages - application, digital proficiency, psychometric testing, interview, merit pool offer.
