Most of your valuable learning will occur while working in your rotations. There are many opportunities to shadow more experienced staff and get feedback on your work to help improve. There are training days scheduled for development, but the quality of these are hit and miss.
In a graduate role I have training for a minimum of one day per week. There are also regular role specific trainings offered.
We receive a lot of training throughout the graduate program to provide foundational knowledge on a range of areas and set us up for success. The training is facilitated mostly in person by very knowledgeable trainers.
