At the ATO, you'll do work you can't do anywhere else. Work that is meaningful, diverse, and challenging.
The right to work from home is enshrined in the ATO's Enterprise Agreement. You will likely need to work in office 1-2 days a week, but otherwise WFH is an easy process. It depends on your team, but you can likely choose to work your standard hours anytime between 7am-7pm. If you work an additional hour on a day, it will accrue as 'flex time' which is then an hour you can take off. This makes it easy to schedule Drs appts etc.
I have great flexibility. I can work between 7am and 6pm and take varied time for lunch any day. I also work from home 2 days per week.
There is a lot of flexibility regarding work hours in the sense that you can choose how early/late to start, within reason. Flexible working arrangements, such as working from home, are also available.
Very flexible with WFH offered and the ability to work within the bandwidth hours.
