The culture is pretty good. There are definitely clicks like any workplace, but everyone is really nice. We work on desks, so we sit next to our managers and their managers so there's not really a hierarchy. Babcock is all about cooperation and teamwork as there are so many team meetings to check up one people and also conversations around desks when people want to socialise or ask work related questions.
