Very flexible, mix of WFH.

My employer is very flexible, for example I am able to work from home if I need to. I have 2 set days however if something comes up like an appointment or a uni commitment I can switch the days as long as I complete my required hours. With exams I was also able to take as much time as I needed off and then just catch up on my hours during the semester break.
Fairly flexible. Can WFH occasionally. Start and finish times are lenient as long as hours (per employment contract) are completed each week.
