Lots of focus on upskilling especially as an undergraduate. My leader is always asking what opportunities I want to engage with. I've received performance feedback, coaching, informal mentoring, and as well as both hard and soft skills training.
There is a mix of training, when you have a new rotation you have specialised training in that area, in person, online and a mix of different areas. There is also general training for the area I am in, so we get general training and then overall training and then specialised.
