Pretty transparent, 5-6 interviews
1. Application: applied in Feb during uni recruiting. Applied with a resume, cover letter and transcript. 2. Psychometrics: Received psychometric testings, which took ~1 hour. 3. First Round: Three x 40 minute interview back-to-back at the Sydney office. Interviews were with consultant - senior manager level interviewers. Covered 2x case interviews and 1x behavioural interview. 4. Second Round: 2x one-hour Associate Partner and Partner interviews. ~30-40 minutes of case, ~10 minutes of behaviourals and the remaining time was for questions.
