1. Training: Week-long global training at a global location for each level covering key skills. Capability sessions every month plus online learning platform for additional skills. 2. Learning: Real development happens on projects. You're staffed on client work immediately with constant feedback from senior team members through an apprenticeship model. 3. Mentoring: Assigned mentor for guidance. Formal reviews twice yearly. Direct, frequent feedback during projects. 4. Skills gained: Advanced excel and modelling, structured thinking, stakeholder management, executive communication, working under pressure, industry knowledge across sectors you're staffed on. 5. Opportunities: Funded opportunity to go to business school
