Usually pretty long and intense, can work from home but depends on the team
Hours are long and variable depending on the project - expect ~55 hour weeks regularly, sometimes pushing more during critical deliverables or client emergencies. You're typically in the office or at client site Monday to Thursday, with Fridays theoretically lighter for professional development, but that often gets consumed by project work. Flexibility exists, but it's project-dependent. Remote work has become more accepted post-COVID, with some teams doing hybrid arrangements, but most projects require significant client site presence. Dress code is again project dependent, with a dress for your day policy. If you have client engagements you may need to dress more formally.
