The culture at Baker McKenzie is one of its top strengths. People are friendly all across the firm, and there is no jarring feeling of structure and hierarchy. Partners are approachable and always willing to chat and mentor. Associates are fun and great to be around.
There are a number of great social events that are run in the office and after hours by the Melbourne social committee. There is also a very flat hierarchy with juniors often working directly alongside partners, rather than having all work go through mid level or senior associates between graduate and partner level
