I thoroughly enjoyed interviewing at Baker McKenzie. The interviewers were friendly and kind, and the questions were posed as general conversation starters. The questionnaire we have to fill in the lead up to the interview process was also straightforward.
Whilst the clerkship recruitment process is lengthy and competitive, the firm does its best to make the process as easy as possible. We do not have to complete psychometric testing, only have to complete one interview and the firm provides plenty of support through interactions with a junior buddy, and an opportunity to meet people at the firm.
