Dinner allowance, Ubers for work purposes, occasional free lunch/dinner
We receive travel expenses, Uber perks, generous study leave during PLT, health insurance and free coffees. However, I would appreciate some more perks which make the day to day more interesting and easier such as a breakfast bar that many other firms offer. That being said, we are paid competitively in the market which I would prioritise over perks.
The best perks are the coffee vouchers. We also receive generous study leave (10 days) to use during PLT, uber eats when we work late and Ubers home. We were also flown to Sydney and put up in a hotel during our graduate induction. There are occasion perks offered by clients such as tickets and discounts. We do not receive any additional perks like a work from home allowance or gym memberships.
