Yeah they do, we have a capability framework and ranking system that shows us what qualities and things we need to do to move up. It's pretty straight forward and open process with the seniors to discuss how and where I am with my career.
Yes, there is a clear outlined career progression, and it is very adaptable based on your own preferences. It is possible to pivot to other service lines or specialisation within the company. They would rather you voice concerns rather that resign so they can accommodate preferences.
As a permanent on-going position, i will move from graduate consultant to consultant next year. it will take anywhere from 10-18 months to be promoted to senior consultant. there are multiple opportunities to take your learning to the next level, whether that be support to complete your CA, become an accredited Internal auditor etc it is a very supportive environment
