A lot of perks and bonding events, hosted very professionally and brought people together
The culture is good. There is hierarchy but it only appears in a work context. Outside of work or in conversations not related to work managers/partners treat you as an ordinary person
Elite culture, nice young office from juniors to partners. Easy to have a chat with all and inclusive space. My team is really cooperative and works well together.
Workplace culture is amazing. BDO is extremely inclusive of diverse backgrounds and encourages employees to socialise at monthly events. Partners and managers are mostly easy going have an open-door policy. During graduate intake, there is weekly mandatory grad learning sessions which help people with anyone difficulties they might be having. During the sessions it helps bond with the same cohort and allows more social connection. Each month there is a lot of dinner/club activities where everyone is encouraged to participate in. Fully paid and less formal.
BDO puts a special emphasis on ensuring that the office space is very inclusive & a fun place to work. The people I work with are amazing. I have been so supported throughout my time here. there are graduate events every couple of months so you end up building a relationship with the whole graduate cohort for your year.
