It wasn't very technical. We had to do a presentation with limited time for preparation to the partners.
Super simple, the normal online interviews and forms to fill out. Had a call with HR and then an interview with the Partner. No technical questions were asked.
Half day Assessment Centre Interview: It consisted of 3 tasks and we were split into three groups of 8 people each. Task 1 - Team Building Exercise - Told to build a spaghetti tower with limited tools that had to support a 2kg weight - Assessed how to work well with others Task 2 - Client Prioritisation - There was 10 Client cards each with different needs and personalities - As a group we had to rank them in order of need and priority - At the end, we had to give a presentation discussing why we ranked them at that position Task 3: Speed Interviews - 5 min interviews with 8 different managers/partners - Asked behavioural questions and light technical questions
Upon submitting my CV and resume I was asked in for an interview with the partner of the team, the senior manager unfortunately could not attend the meeting but because it went so well the partner asked if i could then interview with the senior manager on a separate occasion too.
