Flexible in working from home and work in office, hybrid mode is welcome here
At Grad level there is no flexibility for remote work. Although in circumstances were working in the office is legitimately unreasonable, they allow it. Work hours can be adjusted for appointments within work hours etc.
Super flexible, can work from home anything with a reasonable excuse and a heads up at minimum the afternoon before. Super chill, reasonable deadlines. Currently do not need to attend to any after work messages or emails. Chill on lunch breaks and encourage people who go to the office gym or exercise during the break.
Remote work can only be used after the probation period (6 months). However, there can be arrangements made to work from home 2-3 days a week. However, client meeting must be attended unless there is exceptional circumstances that prevent you from doing so.
Extremely flexible when it comes to working arrangements. i actually prefer working in the office, as a graduate you are expected to be in the office 5 days a week purely because you are still learning. however i have had instances where i may need to be home due to having a doctors appoint or a plumber coming to the house, and there are no issues when it comes to working from home.
