My team lead is great and has taken the time to look out for me and support me. My manager is too busy to really know what I'm doing or put time into me so it would be nice to have more interaction there
My managers are extremely accessible and approachable. there are lots of good mentors and rolemodel figures. There are structured performance reviews and feedback for the benefit of everyone.
