Applied online via their website. Got invited for an in person interview for which they provided some brief details on what to expect in the assessment. Attended the interview in person and had a very straightforward interview consisting of a mix of technical and non-technical questions. I didn't find the interview particularly intimidating at all. My interviewers wanted me to do well.
