Beca is incredibly accommodating with flexible working. Grads are recommended to come into the office everyday which I have personally been enjoying. But they also allow for employees to work 2 days a week from home (for grads this only applies after they pass probation). start and end times are also fairly flexible however typically I have noticed that working the same time as everyone else is best for productivity and collaboration.
