The workplace culture is very open, inclusive and encouraging. Everyone supports each other and there are many opportunities for firm and team bondings, with various social events held throughout the year. I have met some really amazing people at the firm that making coming to work, something I truly enjoy.
Seems to be a clear barrier between manager/associate directors and partners to the lower end of the chain. Might just be time, however have not had the chance to talk directly with partner and the manager is work strict, might be hard to go to her with issues
