The pay is aligned with the market rate expectations. There are some great benefits offered such as discounted gym memberships, health services and great amenities.

When it comes to salary and its benefits, I don't really see or hear of many additional benefits in this role. For example, when I worked at Woolworths, one of the benefits was the team discount. In this role, however, the work is more service-based rather than product-based, so there may not be the same types of incentives available, such as discounts. The only potential benefit I can think of would be discounted services through Bentleys, such as tax services; however, I do my own tax and also prepare tax for others. In terms of the salary itself, I'm unsure how it compares to the market, as I'm not very familiar with current salary ranges. I did move interstate to take this role, but I remained on the same pay. I didn't seek a salary increase as part of the move, which may be because I was already within the pay range for my role.
