BlackRock is very devoted to diversity. There are multiple groups set up to support various diversity group e.g. Women Network, LGBTQ+ allies network etc. There are also a lot of families and new parents who work at BlackRock and it is evident that that we are accommodative for their return and see them as valuable members of the firm.
