The is endless room for growth. Being on the 2-year graduate program, you stay on the first level until you complete the program and aim for a promotion (which is the goal). Some people stay on the same level, however I will be receiving a promotion. Although I cannot get a promotion sooner, the program does give you a pay rise after 1 year to show the growth you would have made over that year. It is currently $82,000 --> $88,000.
